All Engines are Tested and set to factory specifications before being shipped.
All Engines are tested to meet or exceed OEM Specifications.
ALL items’ castings and blocks are washed in an Ultrasonic Cleaning System.
- Engine is Built to OEM Spec, New Cylinder liners, pistons, rings, wrist pins, wrist pin bushings, circlips, main bearings, rod bearings, all seals and gaskets.
- Our Long Block Engines come with Extra Parts. Injector feed tubes, exhaust sleeves, spare front seal, rear seal installed
Oil Pan gasket shipped loose with the engine
- Crankshaft, head, cam, rods, blocks are machined and inspected for cracks set to OEM specifications.
- Water pump, thermostat, oil pump, Front cover, Front pulley, Bell housings are installed depending on application. Front Cover and some parts may need to be switched. So, we provide extra parts above, if not needed you can discard or keep.
- The engine has a 1-year unlimited-hour warranty from date of invoice.
There are some parts that will need to be reused from old engine to Your remanufactured engine: Starter, Alternator, Sending Units, Fan, Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, Flywheel Housing.
Gaskets are sent with the engine, and rear seal is included if needed to change the bell housing
ALL OF OUR LONG BLOCKS HAVE the Cooling System and Oil System tested and the Cylinders are compression tested before shipping.
$4500.00 core charge is added to the selling price; the core needs to have good casting -contact us for more detail.
