Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Return requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Parts have 8% restocking fee of total invoice will be removed from refund. Engines 15% Restocking Fee of total invoice and Inspection fee will be removed from refund.
Return Eligibility
✅️ Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
✅️ Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
✅️ Final sale items, clearance items, special order items are non-returnable and are not eligible for return.
🚫 Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Package the item securely and include any required documentation.
3. Ship the item to Country Sales and Service LLC
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Items
