This engine is remanufactured to OEM specifications.

NEW: Thermostat, Rings, Pistons, Seals & Gaskets, Bearings & Bushings, Water Pumps, and Wear Sleeves. Common Rail: NEW injectors

REMANUFACTURED PARTS TO MEET OEM SPECS:

Rods, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Head, Carburetor, Block, Front Cover and Gears. Injection pumps, High-pressure pumps, and rail are remanufactured.

We don’t weld heads. The parts that do not meet OEM specifications are replaced.

REMOVAL OF ANTI-TAMPER DEVICE AND HEAT TAGS WILL VOID WARRANTY.

This unit is shipped with no oil. Use Diesel Grade CD, CC, Cl-4, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4, CF-SL oil or whatever the operator’s manual specifies. Antifreeze 50/50 mix.

This engine has been remanufactured and has a 1 y e a r limited warranty from the date of invoice. Listed below are non-covered items. Legal disclosure

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Damage from:

• Normal wear
• Operation without adequate fuel,
coolant, or lubrication
• Wrong installation
(used other than replacing old engine
of same model)
• Misuse or abuse over RPM
• Does not cover dust, or dirt
collection around seal from normal
oil residue
• Lack of maintenance – cooling & air system
• Improper storage
• Improper Engine “Break-In”
• Overheat
• Starting fluid
• Dirt/Foreign matter in engine, radiator, & fuel system
• Removal or installation of engine, for any
reason/at any time, after engine has been
installed.
• Freight or transportation
• Loss of time or Rental

WARRANTY DOES NOT cover wear items: Belts, Fans, Oil, Filters, Coolant, or Service Supplies. All warranties void if heat tags are removed. All warranty work must be returned to and completed by Country Sales & Service. NO warranty will exceed the engine’s selling price. The Warranty is non-transferable from end- to – end user. This warranty is only transferable from dealer to end user.

All warranties on any paperwork are through parts warranties or manufacturers that Country Sales & Service LLC is an authorized dealer or distributor or retailer for. All engines, parts and assemblies must be returned to Country Sales & Service LLC. All items must be whole and not taken apart if there is any warranty to be considered and must be returned with a copy of the invoice. Items must be paid for in full for a warranty to be considered. All legal matters that may arise will go through State of Ohio arbitration. All matters need to be filed in Wayne County, Ohio.

• ANY ATTEMPT TO REMOVE MANUFACTURING MARKS, REMOVAL OF ANTI-TAMPER DEVICES, AND/OR DISASSEMBLY OF INJECTION PUMP VOIDS WARRANTY
• ANY UNAPPROVED SUBSTANCE RAN THROUGH INJECTION PUMP VOIDS WARRANTY
• ONLY APPROVED SUBSTANCE: 100% PURE ULTRA LOW SULFUR DIESEL FUEL
• WARRANTY CLAIMS – IF FILING A CLAIM:
  • CALL IN AND STATE ISSUE
  • PROVIDE NAME THE ACCOUNT IS UNDER
    • IF NOT UNDER ACCOUNT NAME, WARRANTY IS VOID
  • PROVIDE INVOICE NUMBER
  • PROVIDE MACHINE MAKE, MODEL, AND SERIAL NUMBER
    • MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE TO CLAIM WARRANTY
  • INJECTION PUMP MUST BE SENT IN FOR TESTING AND INSPECTION
