All Engines are Tested and set to factory specifications before being shipped.
All Engines are tested to meet or exceed OEM Specifications.
ALL items’ castings and blocks are washed in an Ultrasonic Cleaning System.
- Engine is Built to OEM Spec, New Cylinder liners, pistons, rings, wrist pins, wrist pin bushings, circlips, main bearings, rod bearings, all seals and gaskets.
- Crankshaft, head, cam, rods, blocks are machined and inspected for cracks set to OEM specifications. Water pump, thermostat, oil pump, injector sleeves and tubes. The engine has a 1-year unlimited-hour warranty from date of invoice.
There are some parts that will need to be reused from old engine to Your remanufactured engine: Starter, Alternator, Sending Units, Fan, Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, Flywheel Housing.
Gaskets are sent with the engine, and rear seal is included if needed to change the bell housing
$4000.00 core charge is added to the selling price; the core needs to have good casting -contact us for more detail.
