All engines are thoroughly inspected. Machined to factory specifications.
The engine is remanufactured with new parts (Pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, thermostat, water pump, injectors). Common Rail is inspected and cleaned and tested. The high-pressure pump is remanufactured, and all engines are tested to meet John Deere specifications.
Common Rail engines come with a Remanufactured or New Turbo.
Injector codes are provided to have ECU updated at time of installation.

This engine is configured to fit this application only and is covered by a 1-year/unlimited hours warranty including free tech support from date of invoice.
There are some parts that will need to be reused from old engine, and transferred to Your remanufactured engine: Starter, Alternator, Sending Units, Fan, Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, Flywheel Housing, Gaskets are sent with the engine, and rear seal is included if needed to change the bell housing
Also, your engine can be sent in for remanufacturing. Engine goes through the full remanufacturing process, and it is set as a priority in the remanufacturing process.
Note: If any core components need replacement on a customer request remanufacturing, extra charges may apply.
$4000.00 core charge is added to the selling price; the core needs to have good casting -contact us for more detail.
